Business use and accounts
PRS Intel is a trading brand operated for business users at 61 Chestnut Grove, South Croydon, ENG CR2 7LL. You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure.
Scheme intelligence
PRS Intel provides information about council and provider housing schemes. We are not a local authority and do not guarantee grant approval, tenancy placement, lease acceptance or officer availability. Eligibility, rental terms and active scheme status must be confirmed directly with the operator before committing to a transaction.
Unlock credits
1 credit unmasks full direct contact details for 1 scheme permanently in your account. Unlocking a contact does not guarantee a response, a placement or unchanged contact details.
Subscriptions and renewal
Monthly Founder Beta costs £49.95 per month and includes 10 unlocks per month. The selected plan and payment terms are displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically (£49.95/mo). Cancel anytime in 1 click from your account dashboard. B2B terms apply; digital data unlocks are non-refundable once accessed.
The self-service Stripe Customer Portal is not yet connected on this site. Until it is available, email support@prsintel.uk for subscription management or cancellation assistance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Appropriate use
Use listed contacts only for relevant professional enquiries. Do not spam, harass, impersonate others, resell contact data or attempt to bypass credit or account access controls.
Bespoke placements
The concierge offer is £997 per property, capped at 3 client placements per month. Booking an introductory call does not itself confirm a placement or purchase. Any engagement scope and additional terms must be agreed before work begins.
Questions and listing corrections
Contact support@prsintel.uk for questions about these terms. Local authorities and housing providers may request listing updates or 24-hour removal using the same address.
