Who we are

PRS Intel is a trading brand operated for business users. Our registered address is 61 Chestnut Grove, South Croydon, ENG CR2 7LL. For privacy enquiries, email support@prsintel.uk.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, business role, business-use confirmation and scheme-alert preference. We also maintain your account credit balance and scheme unlock history. Coverage requests include your email address and requested location; feedback includes its category and your notes.

Passwords are handled through Supabase Auth. Please do not include sensitive personal information in feedback or coverage requests.

How information is used

We use account information to provide access, maintain unlocked contacts, administer credits, respond to enquiries and protect the service. Coverage requests help prioritise scheme verification. Optional scheme alerts are based on your opt-in; you can ask us to stop them at any time. Technical error reports may include error messages and stack traces to diagnose failures.

Account administration is necessary to provide the service under our contract with you. Service security and business-contact verification rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Optional marketing relies on consent, which you may withdraw.

Service providers and external links

Supabase provides account authentication and data storage. Full postcode searches use postcodes.io to identify the district. Checkout links open Stripe, and placement-call links open Calendly. Lovable provides hosting and technical error reporting. When you use external services, their privacy notices also apply.

We use system fonts and bundled terminal imagery rather than requesting fonts or terminal images from third-party hosts.

Retention and international processing

Information is retained as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request deletion or details of the retention period and safeguards relevant to your information. Provider processing locations and any international-transfer safeguards should be confirmed with us before submitting sensitive information.

Your rights

Under applicable UK data protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, or object to relevant processing. Email support@prsintel.uk to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Business contact listings

Scheme listings concern council and provider business contacts sourced through direct FOI requests, council landlord portals and active framework awards. Local authorities, providers and named contacts can request a correction or removal at support@prsintel.uk; listing removal is offered within 24 hours.
